The British Medical Journal rebuilt Best Practice from the ground up – it’s now ranked one of the best clinical decision support tools for professionals worldwide.

Competitor research - mapping out user journeys through log in

User research informed design. Prior to sprint, new features were prototyped and tested with doctors in hospitals throughout the UK.
